We accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, and Pixieset. By purchasing services or products from us, you agree to the following terms:

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal payments.

  • Processing Fees: Any transaction fees or taxes (such as sales tax) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refund Policy: Payments for services are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise. Digital products, including prints and downloadable images, are also non-refundable once delivered.

3. Copyright and Image Usage

  • Copyright Ownership: All images produced by 11:11 Photography Co., LLC remain the property of the company and the photographer, who retains full copyright ownership.

  • Use of Images: By purchasing a product or booking a session, you grant us permission to use images in the photographer's and the company's portfolios, promotional materials, advertisements, social media, and other marketing outlets.

  • Licensing: You may use the images for personal purposes (e.g., printing, framing, sharing online), but you may not alter (including editing in any fashion), sell, or distribute images for commercial use without prior written consent from 11:11 Photography Co.

  • Exclusivity: Clients may purchase exclusive rights to certain images or a set of images; these rights will be detailed in a separate agreement.

4. Limitations of Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall 11:11 Photography Co. or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

  • Photographic Limitations: We are not responsible for any injuries, property damage, or loss of personal items during a session. Clients must agree to hold harmless and indemnify 11:11 Photography Co. for any such claims.

  • Force Majeure: 11:11 Photography Co. is not responsible for failure to deliver services or products in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, natural disasters, or other events outside of our control.
